About us
Assessment North East (ANE) is a not for profit
organisation. Originally established to provide Investors in People
services in the region, we have helped 1000's of organisations
improve performance through their people and
processes. We successfully achieved Investors in People
Silver ourselves in August 2010 after holding the award for more
than 15 years.
ANE's aim is to provide a professional,
relevant and value adding service for
organisations of any size or sector. We provide advice, training
and assessment to improve organisational performance using
recognised good practice. Our broad range of
services and experience ensures we are flexible to
meet your needs, helping to sharpen your competitive edge.

ANE has evolved since its inception...
- We worked closely with the Law Society on the early development
of Lexcel, and we now offer training,
consultancy and assessment on this national standard.
- In 2006, ANE were awarded BS EN ISO 9001 for the management of
Investors in People, Lexcel, SFEDI and MAP (managerial profiling
tool).
- ANE was awarded the SFEDI Centre of Excellence in
Business Support in 2007.
- ANE is an ILM Approved Body, licensed to
deliver qualifications and training.
- Most recently, ANE became a c2e Equality Partner,
enabling us to bring a realistic and practical
equality kite mark to the region.
- ANE is also an approved NEESPR provider with a 5 star customer
rating.
