Since the introduction of Bronze, Silver and Gold recognition in
2009, we are now offering you the opportunity to undertake a
"top-up assessment". This is available to any organisation that is
already recognised as an Investor in People that wishes to
demonstrate a higher level of best practice.
Top-up assessments are bespoke to your organisation, and can be
focused around your chosen business streams and topics. The
Investors in People topic map is a list of best practice topics you
can be assessed against; Bronze, Silver or Gold recognition can be
achieved by selecting evidence requirements from the "Your Choice"
section.
