North East success in Sunday Times Best Company Awards
3 North East organisations accredited with Investors in People,
achieve rankings in the Sunday Times Best Company Awards 2010.
Gentoo Group, an Investors in People Gold organisation and
Champion, have been successfully ranked as the 32nd best company to
work for by the Sunday Times (100 Best Companies to Work For 2010).
They are the only North East organisation to reach the top 100;
this is a fantastic achievement, highlighting the greater benefits
that Investors in People can bring.
In the Sunday Times 75 Best Places to Work in the Public Sector
listing, North Star Housing Group in Stockton ranked an impressive
11th, whilst Gateshead College, an Investors in People Bronze
organisation, ranked 15th. Again, both were the only
organisations in the North East to feature.
