SRA Compliance workshop

Many of the firms that we have worked with in achieving the
Lexcel award over the years have been subject to a Solicitors
Regulation Authority visit. Thanks to the willingness of our
clients to share their SRA experiences we have developed a half-day
workshop that specifically focuses on what to expect when the SRA
calls.
On completion of the workshop, delegates will have an
understanding of the following:
- How the SRA decide who to visit
- What the SRA can concentrate on - an example auditor checklist
& sample report will be provided
- Examples of SRA observations
- The key SCC Rules the SRA concentrate upon

Newcastle on Thursday 27th May 2010. Each session is scheduled for
