Implementing Equality systems and processes
Assessment North East has a range of
services to support you with improving your equality and diversity
systems and processes. We are flexible with
delivery and ensure content is relevant and up to
date.
Mentoring and support
Our c2e mentoring programme lasts 6 weeks. Your
mentor/advisor will do a gap analysis with you and support you to
improve your equality systems using our online
platform. Your mentor will be available via phone and
email through-out the period. They will complete another gap
analysis with you at the end of the programme to demonstrate
improvement and help you action plan any further development.
Training and qualifications
- Workforce Awareness Session - this is a 2 to 3
hour session which covers the essentials of equality and diversity.
The content is flexed for managers to help them understand the
implications for them as managers as well as their responsibilities
as employees.
- ILM Level 4 Award in
Managing Equality & Diversity in an Organisation (aimed at
managers) - In this qualification participants review the existing
culture of equality and diversity in their organisation, identify
development activities required and plan how to manage this area on
an ongoing basis.
- ILM Level 2 unit in
Diversity in the Workplace (aimed at team leaders) - To develop
an understanding of managing equality and diversity and acting
ethically in the workplace as required by a practising or potential
team leader.
