What is MEP?
Managerial Effectiveness Profile (MEP) is a unique online
360 degree assessment tool suitable for managers
and team leaders at any level. MEP provides managers with
feedback on their workplace performance from their
line manager, peers, direct reports and self. The feedback provided
focuses on 12 generic management competencies and two leadership
styles.
MEP is a simple tool to use and a highly
effective way of gathering feedback on your management
team's effectiveness. MEP uses 360 feedback, which is a
safe, confidential process that is regularly used in organisations
of all sizes.
A great feature of this 360 feedback tool is that you can adapt
the questions and the process to fit neatly around your
organisation's own competency framework. This adds more value and
relevance to the process for everyone involved.
The whole process is managed online, giving you
total control. All responses are gathered anonymously, ensuring
100% confidentiality. You are able to securely
download your own report, which you can choose to share with others
if you wish.
To enhance the process further, a pre-assessment briefing with
facilitated action planning can be implemented. This is then
followed by personal coaching. This is particularly useful if your
organisation is new to the 360 feedback process as it provides
everyone involved the opportunity to discuss the process beforehand
and take advantage of expert analysis and
coaching. This support helps enable any necessary changes to take
